Do not enter community in car. Street parking is required and entry will be through man gate in community. Someone will be at the main gate to allow entrance.
To be conscientious of the current climate, we will be taking the following pre-cautions:
1. Attendees enter at their own risk, please do not attend if you have been exposed or are ill with Covid 19 in the last 14 days, or if you have pre-existing conditions.
2. Complex front gate entry will be limited to a few people at a time
3. No large bags, purses, or boxes are allowed in the estate sale.
Do not disturb occupants.
All items must be taken when purchased. If you purchase large ticket items, bring help to move and load your purchases. Don't forget to bring the necessary materials and/or tools to secure your merchandise as it is your responsibility. We are not responsible for moving or loading your purchase. Not Responsible for Accidents. OWNER is not responsible for damages, injury's etc. YOU ARE ENTERING A PRIVATE HOME, PLEASE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Owners and NOT responsible for ANY accidents, injury or loss of personal items.
