CHILDREN’S POLICY: Children will be permitted at Personal Property Brokers’ Estate Sale Events as long as they are kept under parental/custodial supervision at all times AND responsibility is taken for any damage to property and merchandise they may cause. Thank you for your understanding and compliance with our new Children’s Policy.
BAG POLICY: We do NOT permit bags, large purses, backpacks, sacks, big coats, etc. into our estate sales. We provide spacious shopping baskets for your convenience!
PAYMENT: Credit Cards….ALL credit cards accepted with current ID, subject to approval by Management.
PURCHASES: AS-IS…all items are SOLD/PURCHASED AS-IS. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please thoroughly inspect your items prior to purchase, plug in the electrical items, check for unseen damages.

Now for the good news! We are excited to announce that we are ready to start having estate sales again! As we were waiting for things to open up, we were working diligently in the background to get everything ready for you. We have been cleaning, organizing, hunting down treasures, training employees, and working with health officials to make sure we’re ready to greet you safely!
Here are some things to keep in mind for next weekend:
• All items and surfaces will be sanitized prior to and during the sale.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the property.
• The employees will be wearing masks for your protection, we recommend that everyone wear them.
• We will limit the number of guests allowed inside initially to 30 then 1 out 1 in after that.
• Please remember to follow proper social distancing guidelines.
