Terms

Due to COVID-19 the following guidelines MUST be followed to obtain access to our sales.

All customers will be required to wear a mask or face covering. No mask/face covering NO ADMITTANCE to the sale!
Practice social distancing outside and inside, and avoid gatherings in groups.
Only 10 customers will be allowed at a time.
Be courteous to fellow customers and staff members.
JPS will provide hand sanitizer at the property.
We encourage electronic payment.

No large bags, purses, or boxes are allowed into the estate sale. We will have plastic bags available for your purchases.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. (All credit card purchases must have proper ID, and are at the discretion of management). There is a fee for credit card use. Cash is welcome too.

We're a state-licensed company, and are required to collect Nevada sales tax, (currently 8.375%).

If you purchase large ticket items, be sure to bring help to move and load your purchases. Don't forget to bring the necessary materials and/or tools to secure your merchandise. Our staff is not responsible for moving or loading your purchases. If they agree to assist please be thoughtful.

Merchandise purchased at the sale "must" be removed before the end of the sale.

(This is a guard gated community), you will be required to give the address to the property for access to the sale.

(No signs are allowed), leading you into the community. There will be a sign in front of the home. Please use your navigation, or print off the directions to the property

This weekend we’re in the beautiful golfing community of Los Prados. We have some gorgeous Asian furniture and lovely home décor. There will also be some stunning mid-century furniture if that is your style.

Remember, we’re limiting entrance to our properties to 10 (ten) customers at a time. Please be mindful of your fellow shoppers.

Just a reminder about our sales due to COVID-19. We’re following the necessary precautions, for your safety and the safety of our staff. You will be required to wear a face covering, to obtain access to the sale. We will also be following the 6 feet social distancing rule, both outside and inside the property. Please be mindful of the other customers and our staff members.
