We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover - with a minimum of $50.00 and maximum of $400.00. (All credit card purchases must have proper ID, and are at the discretion of management). Cash is preferred.

We are required to collect Nevada sales tax.

We reserve the right to choose who we let into our sale. If you do not conduct yourself properly we will ask you to leave.

NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES / NO EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE BRING TOOLS IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A LARGE ITEM TO MOVE
If you purchase large ticket items please bring people to help move, and load merchandise into your vehicle. We can recommend a mover too.
Merchandise purchased at the sale must be removed before the end of sale. We do understand a larger item purchase may require some planning, so if you'd like to make an appointment to come earlier to measure that is possible. Please reach out to us.

As always, when entering a property, you are taking responsibility for any slips or falls, etc., and are entering at your own risk.

Due to the size of the home, we may have to limit the number of people to come in, we apologize in advance if this an inconvenience.
