One more chance to come out to the Armory Sale on Sunday. This house has so many other things besides firearms and we will be making deals on Sunday. Furniture, kitchen items, dishes, china, crystal, home decor, pottery, pyrex, tools, garage items, two refrigerators, three sofas (one with a sleeper) and a trundle day bed. PLEASE NOTE:

In compliance with State of Nevada and Federal Laws, a background check must be performed and BATF Federal form 4473 completed before your firearm is transferred*.  The delivering & transfer agent for this sale is a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer (McManus Auctions-New & Used) and they will determine which purchased firearm(s) need the background check and this will be done only at the Federally Licensed Firemarms Dealer's location.  All firearms will be delivered through McManus Auctions in Henderson, NV after the sale. (No exceptions)  If you as a buyer are unable to pass the background check no refunds of any kind will take place.  As always our items are sold as is, where as with no implied warranties.  There will be a limited time frame that McManus Auctions will hold onto the firearms for your pickup.  If you do not show up to pick up the firearms within ten days of purchase the firearms will go back to the family for disposal.  No refunds of any kind for any reason.

*Buyers will be subjected to proper background investigation and registration according to all state/federal applicable laws (ex. http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-202.html#NRS202Sec254).

Additional charges will incur for background/registration/licensing, if applicable, and will be payable to McManus Auctions at the time of forms completion.  The background check fee will be waived for purchasers with a valid Nevada Concealed Weapon Permit issued after July 1, 2011.  If you hold a Nevada Concealed Weapon Permit you must also pick up your firearm from McManus Auctions after the completion of the sale. Las Vegas Estate Sales, LLC will not deliver any firearm(s) on the day of the sale, no exceptions. 

At the time of purchase you will be given a receipt and instructions on how to pick up the firearm from McManus Auctions in Henderson, NV. Once again, the background check, forms completion, and item(s) transfer must take place on the premises of a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer.  At the time of forms completion at McManus Auction's location, you will be required to produce a valid Government issued photo ID with current address and any transfer or background fees.  If address is listed as a P.O. Box you will then be required to provide additional documentation to establish your physical address, examples: utility bill (gas, electric, or water) in your name with the physical address.  It you are using a Military ID for purchase, a copy of your current base orders will be required. For all firearms requiring this information, no firearm will be released to you until all requirements and background checks are finalized.  Las Vegas Estate Sales, LLC will not be responsible for any problems that may arise from any background check or registration.  Please be responsible and do not try to purchase a firearm unless you can pass a background check.

***Long guns may be transferred to out of state purchasers, but Handguns may only be transferred to Nevada residents.  Thank you for your cooperation!
