We accept cash and credit cards. WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. There is a $5.00 minimum and $4,000.00 maximum on all credit cards.
All iteems Sold (AS-IS) NO Returns or Refunds. All sales are final.
ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE HANDBAGS ALLOWED in the Home. Please leave them in your car. Total SECURITY will be in th HOUSE.
Please bring help to load large items.
All items must be picked up one hour before the close of the sale. We are not responsible for slips, falls or injuries inside or outside the home. No large handbags allowed.
Plastic bags and news paper for wrapping will be provided.
No early birds!
SECURITY will be present at the front door and all that purchase must present a receipt when exiting.
Door will open promptly at 7:30 AM
AM! No lifting, moving, or transportation will be included in the purchase of the items sold by estate sale team members!!
Receipts will be checked at the door.
Please bring your own tools, and hand truck
