All items must be picked up one hour before the close of the sale. We are not responsible for slips, falls or injuries inside or outside the home. No large handbags allowed.

SECURITY will be present at the front door and all that purchase must present a receipt when exiting.

No lifting, moving, or transportation will be included in the purchase of the items sold by estate sale team members!! Bring Help to Load Large Items.
