I do sell large items in advance, so if you want to purchase an armoire, a piano, a grandfather clock or a vehicle, please call me. But I no longer allow buyers to shop early. If you happen to buy the car, well of course you can stay and shop!
I never ask my buyers to wait in line, and I offer water and shopping baskets to buyers. I always have a restroom available for your use. I supply bags and paper for you to securely wrap your new fabulous finds. I would not have a successful sale without my wonderful buyers and I treat you as I want to be treated when I attend a sale. I do not mark the prices half off the last day. I accept offers and I will work with you when you are there on the first day!
CASH ONLY. I will accept a Nevada check with an Nevada Driver's License. No credit cards. All sales are final. Sold "As Is". If you have a tax ID and wish to purchase items without paying Nevada Sales Tax, please bring your own Resale Certificate.
PLEASE DO NOT bring in your own bag. I offer shopping carts that you can use instead. If you bring in a bag, I reserve the right to inspect it. Sorry, but people steal from me all the time!
I would not have a successful sale without my fabulous buyers. Out of respect to my buyers, I want to disclose that there was a suicide in this home. If that bothers you, then please do not attend this sale. That said, Sally and I do not feel uncomfortable in this home at all, and we do not feel any bad energy in this home. Think of the flight attendant on the airplane. If they are not scared, you do not have to be scared! :) Sally and I are not scared, so come on over and find a treasure. We are offering a washer, dryer, refrigerator, two bedroom sets including one large bedroom set with armoire, and one metal set with a king headboard. There is a lovely china cabinet in the entry with some Lladro and other nice pieces. There is a nice china cabinet and dining room table and lots of small items. We are offering a new desk, nice small kitchen table with four chairs on casters, and patio furniture. There is a nice pull down screen for the patio to block to bright sun in the late afternoon. Lots of small things to see. I will be adding more photos later. Thank you for your continued business! I hope to see you non-chickens there!
