All items must be picked up one hour before the close of the sale. We are not responsible for slips, falls or injuries inside or outside of the house. No large handbags allowed.
Plastic bags and news paper for wrapping will be provided.
No early birds!
SECURITY will be present at the front and back door. All that purchase must present a receipt when exiting.
MASKS are optional.
No lifting, moving, or transportation will be included in the purchase of the items sold by the estate sale team members!! Bring Help to Load Large Items.
Receipts will be checked at the door.
