Terms

Due to COVID-19 the following guidelines MUST be followed to obtain access to our sales.

All customers will be required to wear a mask or face covering. No mask/face covering NO ADMITTANCE to the sale!
Practice social distancing outside and inside, and avoid gatherings in groups.
Only 10 customers will be allowed at a time.
Be courteous to fellow customers and staff members.
JPS will provide hand sanitizer at the property.
We encourage electronic payment.

No large bags, purses, or boxes are allowed into the estate sale. We will have plastic bags available for your purchases.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. (All credit card purchases must have proper ID, and are at the discretion of management). There is a fee for credit card use. Cash is welcome too.

We're a state-licensed company, and are required to collect Nevada sales tax, (currently 8.375%).

If you purchase large ticket items, be sure to bring help to move and load your purchases. Don't forget to bring the necessary materials and/or tools to secure your merchandise. Our staff is not responsible for moving or loading your purchases. If they agree to assist please be thoughtful.

Merchandise purchased at the sale "must" be removed before the end of the sale.

This weekend we’re having a wonderful sale for one of our late, but not forgotten, a longtime customer. Our goal is to help the family find new homes for all of her lovely furniture and home decorations. She loved the Asian style and it shows in this beautiful home. Come shop and purchase some lovely Christmas gifts.

Remember, we’re limiting entrance to our properties to 10 (ten) customers at a time. Please be mindful of your fellow shoppers. We look forward to seeing you soon.
