All auctions are limited to online bidding through nevadagunauction.com. In order to participate you will need to register and create a secure account. Bidding is timed with lots selling numerically at one minute intervals beginning at lot 1. Extended time is added if a bid is placed less than five(5) minutes before the scheduled closing time.
A. Buyer’s Premium of 17.5% will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold.
B. Nevada State Sales tax of 7.1% is collected on all lots picked up at our location. Purchases shipped within the state of Nevada will be charged the destination sales and use tax rate.

Nevada Gun Auctions is a new and exciting operation out of Gardnerville, NV. The Inaugural Auction that runs from 1/12/2025 to 1/26/2025 offers a unique selection of not only firearms but also other historical items, including mob memorabilia and militaria. Most of which came by direct family descent. Much of the mob memorabilia is from Al Capone or Sam Costello, a close associate of Capone involved with alcohol distribution.

• Telegram from Al Capone to Sam Costello: $5,000–$10,000

• Sam and Mary Costello’s Wedding Rings: $20,000–$30,000 and $10,000–$20,000, with supporting documentation

• Horse Racing Form Used by Sam Costello: $100–$250

G-Man and Law Enforcement Items:

• 19th Century U.S. Treasury Special Agent Badge: $1,000–$2,500

• Ralph Capone Revolver: Gifted to E. Riley Campbell, $1,000–$2,500
