We have help to get items to your car.

We will have a SOLD AREA to leave your stuff while you shop, and plenty of helpers to assist you.

Almost of the stuff in the house is priced & marked so you do not have to wait at the checkout table while we look up items online for a price!!

NYS sale tax will be collected.
If you are tax exempt you must fill out a complete & legible NYS ST-120 form . Make sure know your number.

Sorry, but due to the huge amount of stuff to sort & price, we will not be able to answer questions, we do not quote prices.

Numbers at 7AM on Thursday. Start a list & I'll go by that. If you sign the list, you have to stay - one number per person.

          1865 Chickering Grand Piano. The owner assures me it is in perfect condition - he has had it tuned every             3 months for the last 15 years! The piano is in the house but, an appointment is need to inspect & play it.
