You are being welcomed into another home to view their items for sale. We are not responsible for any accidents and expect you to be respectful of their home and belongings. You break it you buy it. Please leave children home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Charge only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. All sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay, it is yours. small area to move around, enter at your own risk. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. This is not a public place and a public bathroom is not available.

As with all estates please be aware that I do not live there. I do not know the environment of the previous owner. There MAY be allergens present. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to answer your questions honestly. Please also know that in doing this business for 20+ years I am pretty desensitized to odors. You may smell something I do not. It is not intentional. Thank you for understanding

SUNDAY: HALF PRICE AND FILL A BASKET FOR $10.  HOURS ARE 9-3

This is a huge house no handicap access. Upstairs, main floor, full basement and garage. Some of the items you will find here are: Household, Camping, Water sports, winter sports, holiday, linen, prints, older electronics, Clothes, bedding, vintage boots, Gorham crystal in box, steer horns, religious items, small amount of furniture, kitchen items, vintage dolls and toys, books, lighting, safes, televisions, outdoor items, tools, skis, antique radios, trains and luggage. Home is beautiful and clean. Majority of items are priced. We are easy to work with but please do not come on Friday and Saturday and offer me half price or less on items. You will be denied. We take great care in setting up our sales and have overhead to cover. We only get a percentage of the sales and I have to look out for my client as well as my overhead. I don't do wait lists. First come first served. If you have concerns about an item being available you are welcome to text me 518-928-3979. I do try to update pictures in the evenings.
