Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. **PICKUP: On Thursday & Friday Dec. 3rd & 4th • BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at 11 S. Marvine Ave. Auburn, NY *****You will be emailed a link to sign up for a pick up time with your invoice on Tuesday after the auction. Local Pick Up Only. Please make arrangements for help moving and loading any furniture you purchase. **There is a 13% Buyer's Premium on ALL purchases. Everything is sold as is!
Due to COVID-19 State and county regulations we will be making appointments for pickups. Please be prepared to wait before entering if staff is full. We are committed to keeping every surface sanitized to ensure the safety of all of our customers and staff.
Auction starts closing at 4:00 pm. Where there will be a STAGGERED CLOSING. This means the auction will begin closing at 4:00 pm with 20 seconds between the closing of each lot. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of closing.
