The Trice Estate is loaded with quality pieces. Mr. Trice was an avid Railroad and train collector. His will stated that some needed to be donated but there is a lot of paper relating to the history of Railroading in America especially NY.
Furniture: Arts & crafts style dining table and chairs. China cabinet matches.
Pineapple carved double bed, maple chests, end tables, vanity, and more.
Duncan Phyfe drop leaf table. Couch, recliners.
Lift chair for someone who needs help getting out of chair. Nearly new and in excellent condition.,
Glass & China : Pfatzcroft set of white china.  50's glass  Set of  Franciscan Apple pattern.  Bell & music  box collection.  Stemware, vases, and more.

Railroad:  books, paper and early area maps.   Book titles include 73 Railroad History magazines,  1903 Air Brake,  Local and area train books,  Signal Directory, 1911, Story of Rome, Watertown, Ogdensbourgh, 1922,  Vanderbilt's Folley(PA Turnpitke) ,  Railroading in America, 1939,  NY State Rail, Stage Coach Days,  and so many more.  Box lots of paper of Railroad companies include  O & W,  NYC, D & H , Western US, and more. 
Canal:  Mr Trice also was a member of the NY State  canal society.  There is quite a collection of Erie Canal and other NY state canals.

History:  There are history pieces related to the train collection including skaneateles Short Line,  Rome, Ogdensburg,  Syracuse, Auburn, and many other cities and towns.   Maps  of train and canal areas.

The matching china cabinet is nextThe arts & crafts style china cabinet with storage below and glass doors on top.This dining set is on the enclosed porch. It has cushions and four comfortable chairs.This carved bear in about 12" tall.The desk and chair are mapleThe nearly new lift chair was used less that 3 months.  It has all the paperwork with it.The maple bed had pineapple carved Posts.Nearly new flat screen tv and chair. There are books in the collection that are out of print or first printings.  Many books in the collection are rare.The music box is from 1893 and has 23 discs  to play many kinds of music.Railroad magazines pictured above are in box lots.   There are Railroad Historical society magazines and others.Early Halloween. Decorations from almost every season.The train locks and keys shown in this picture are from the Lehigh Valley RR. There are 4  locks and brass keys.  there are 2 extra brass keys.
 The Ribbon is from a reunion.  The pins and other are from retired engineers.These are some of the Canal books and papers.  There are 17  books on trips the NY Canal Society took.  Each one covers the history of one of the many canals in NY state.Sale Picture
