Plenty of parking on premises; cash only or approved local personal or business checks, NO CREDIT CARDS! Bring your own cloth bag as I only have plastic bags and some packing materials, we do have boxes.

I've had a number of sales here the last few years to help clean away the stuff in the wayof the real goodies! We're putting our small farm on the market next year and need to liquidate totally by spring/summer.
If you're wondering way I'm advertising so late I wasn't sure I would be ready for a sale this weekend. So, as they say … it is what it is! I have many photos and info and will be adding them throughout the day so check back frequently.

the furthest end of the building as a second family is having a garage sale in there

FOR SALE in the summer is our small "Hobby Farm" on 12 wooded and pasture acres. Gorgeous views! The house has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, 1/2 bath, den, large kitchen, 4-season sunroom, dining room, living room with a huge field stone wood burning fireplace, an attached 2-car garage plus a small "fire pond," a detached open 2-car garage, a small 2-store shop, a 2-story 8-stall barn built about 30 years ago, so it's fairly new.
