Please bring help to carry out your large purchases. Bring packing material for fragile items
Please do not bid if you cannot pick up during allotted times. We CANNOT hold your items and/ or have you pick up another day.
This is a private home and we do not live there. It is unrealistic to expect us to return just for you.

PICKUP DATE AND TIME: -
WEDNESDAY 12/4 8am-12pm

We will ship SMALLS only via UPS. Smalls meaning light weight and can easily be transported. You must pre-arrange this with us prior to bidding and then remind us again AFTER you have successfully won. We will drop your items off at our local UPS store within one week of auction close. UPS will then package your items and CALL you for payment.

Please do not bid if unable to pickup your item(s) during our allotted time. Items not picked up during this time will be considered forfeited without refund. Pickups will be done curbside with the exception of furniture (see below).

We will not provide packing materials so please come prepared.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside the home. We cannot assist in hauling it out.
