All sales are final, there are no returns, credits or exchanges. Customers are responsible to pack their items, bring the necessary packing material and/or boxes, provide the tools needed to disassemble and/or disconnect purchased items. We recommend either contacting a local moving company or bringing helpers to move heavy objects. Caution must be taken when you’re moving items from the house since this is someone’s home and we do not want damaged floors or walls.

This estate sale is hosted by the family, but it is being advertised through my company name as a courtesy. The home serves as a remarkable time capsule, filled with household items primarily from the mid-century era. Everything within this digger home is available for sale, including a variety of Breweriana collectibles, vintage furnishings, LP records, an extensive collection of DVDs, books, linens, men's clothing, newer televisions, stereo equipment, and large appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, freezer, washer, and a new gas dryer. Additionally, you will find mid-century light fixtures, two lift recliners, a 1999 Dodge Intrepid sedan with 99K miles, artwork, men's jewelry, a large mid-century Venetian-style mirror, contemporary collectibles like miniatures, plates, and Harry Potter items, a German carriage clock, a well-appointed workshop, a garage, and much more.
