All sales are final, there are no returns, credits or exchanges. Customers are responsible to pack their items, bring the necessary packing material and/or boxes, provide the tools needed to disassemble and/or disconnect purchased items. We recommend either contacting a local moving company or bringing helpers to move heavy objects. Caution must be taken when you’re moving items from the house since this is someone’s home and we do not want damaged floors or walls.

This "Blow Out Sale" is hosted by the family, but it is being advertised through my company name as a courtesy. They are eager to sell merchandise a greatly discounted items. Everything within this digger home is available for sale, including vintage furnishings (Early American, Mid Century Modern, Hollywood Regency), LP records, an extensive collection of DVDs, books, linens, men's clothing, newer televisions, stereo equipment, drum sets, and large appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, freezer, washer, and a new gas dryer. Additionally, you will find mid-century light fixtures, two lift recliners, artwork, a large mid-century Venetian-style mirror, contemporary collectibles like miniatures, plates, and Harry Potter items, a Linden German carriage clock, a well-appointed workshop, a garage, and much more.
