NO SCHEDULED PICK UPS. LARGE ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AND REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES DURING THE HOURS OF THE SALE.
CASH please, no cards. No refunds or credits. Buyer’s remorse or buying on speculation are not valid excuses for returns. Known checks may be considered.
WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CONSIDER SHIPPING ITEMS, let alone payment for items in any way other than standing on line, being at the sale in person, and paying on the day of the sale, in person. If we wanted to sell online/off site, we would use estatesales.net market place.
With respect for our clients, their homes, and their pocketbook, we do not allow usage of their bathrooms.
Also, with respect for our clients, we cannot guarantee all items advertised will be available on the day of the sale. Clients often have a change of heart, or a relative makes a claim. We do our best to protect ourselves against this, but ultimately we are working in someone's home with their belongings.
We are very easy to deal with, but sometimes our good nature gets tested.

Last day box sale! Come fill a box with household contents, tools, clothing…Furniture prices slashed! Cars still available. We often do this when we have a large volume sale. We can supply you a liquor box and you fill it. Contents of the box usually runs from $10-$25. It's great, it's green and it's inexpensive. Come do your part to get this home empty.
Come dig through cabinets, corners and every crevice in the house. Lots of everything! Packed basement and attic and two vehicles being sold as is. We are even selling house fixtures such as ceiling fans, appliances and lighting. We just need the house empty. Ridiculously low prices and bargains.
Please be mindful that the attic and basement have low ceilings, uneven flooring, and are not well lit areas. Please use common sense when navigating these areas. No open toe shoes or heels. No public bathrooms.
