ONLY Registered Seeing Eye Dogs allowed on site. NO other animals allowed.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
We have boxes available for you. No large bags allowed while shopping at sale.
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
All large items purchased must be removed by Sunday, October 8, 2023 by 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!

This Estate-Tag Sale is an ongoing endeavor. We’ve had two prior sales at this house, but haven’t emptied it yet!
