* All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties.
* We accept cash, card and mobile pay.
* Prices are not disclosed prior to the sale.
* Please inspect all merchandise carefully before purchasing.
* Purchases must be removed by the buyer. Please bring help to load large or heavy items.
* Thrift Happens and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
* Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses may be restricted at entry.
* Please respect the building and follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
* Sold items must be picked up by the agreed-upon time unless prior arrangements have been made. Sales tax will be collected upon all sales. Bring help for larger items
* Entering the property constitutes acceptance of these terms.
