Mansion Clean Out

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before participating in the sale. Entry into the sale indicates acceptance of all policies listed below.

1. No Early Birds
Doors will open at the advertised start time only. Early entry is not permitted.

2. Sale Location
All sale items are located in the Ballroom only.
Any furniture, décor, or items displayed throughout the remainder of the Mansion are not for sale.

3. Purchasing & Payment
Cash Only. No checks, credit cards, or digital payments accepted.
No Holds. All items must be purchased and taken at the time of sale.
All Sales Are Final as is. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

4. Loading & Transport
Please bring a truck or appropriate vehicle for any large items.
Please bring your own help for lifting, moving, and loading purchases. Staff assistance is not available.
Bring your own bags for small items—none will be provided.

5. Parking
Parking is available in the large “Event Parking” lot located behind the Mansion. Please follow signage and staff directions.

6. Liability
Participants enter the sale at their own risk. The Mansion is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or vehicle damage.
