All merchandise is sold as is, where is, with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase and for determining condition, suitability, and fit. Availability and pricing are subject to change until the time of sale, and no item is considered sold until full payment has been received.

No reasonable offer will be refused; however, final acceptance of any offer remains at the sole discretion of the seller. Purchased items must be removed within the stated sale or pickup period unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. Buyers are responsible for their own labor, moving assistance, packing materials, and transportation. Delivery may be available for select larger items for an additional fee, subject to scheduling and location.

By entering the premises, all visitors acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The seller, estate representatives, and HUB HOME Showroom are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, or loss of personal property while attending the sale or removing purchases. • Cash & Credit Cards Accepted: Valid government-issued ID may be required for high-value purchases.
• Bring Your Own Help: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own labor, tools, and transportation to safely pack, lift, and remove ALL purchased items. Staff is not permitted to assist with moving or loading.
• Large Items Must Be Removed by Buyer: Please plan accordingly. Items not picked up by the agreed-upon time may be forfeited without refund.
• No Early Entry: Doors open at the posted start time. No exceptions.
• First Come, First Served: We honor a sign-up sheet or line formation as necessary.
• Not Responsible for Accidents: Entry onto the property is at your own risk. HUB HOME, the property owner, and staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property.
• Respect the Property: Please do not block driveways, disturb neighbors, or enter restricted areas of the home.
• All Bags & Boxes Are Subject to Review: For security purposes, staff may check large bags upon exit.
