3. No deposits or partial payments are accepted. Items will not be sold unless paid in full at the time of purchase.
4. Sales tax is included in all prices.
5. No holds or reserves are placed on items ahead of time.
6. Numbers will be provided each morning of the sale for initial entry.
7. Masks are optional.
8. Please be respectful of neighbors and other customers when parking.
9. Please call or text with any questions.
10. Please remember that these are not my personal items to sell and that the client might decide to keep or remove anything shown or listed prior to the sale.
11. Items that are paid for and not removed at the time of purchase will only be held until the end of the sale on the final day. Items not picked up before then will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

This lovingly cared for estate is jam packed with a variety of everything. And please note, we have much more than what is pictured and we are still unboxing and sorting through items. More and more will be added up until the sale.
Some of the items available include:
Antiques/Collectibles: vintage/antique children's books (Dr. Seuss, Mickey Mouse etc.), Waterford crystal, antique toys, Rolex spoons, china sets, and that's just the start...
Household: do you cook or bake? Ok well even if you don't then you must know someone who does. We ran out of room in the kitchen for kitchen things and had to spread them out all over the house. Baking supplies, cookware, dishes, knives, utensils, Keurig machine, and tons more. The Kitchen Aid mixer with all of its accessories is waiting to find a good home that will put it to use (and share what they end up making with it).
Clothing: we packed two closets full of clothes and still had more left over. A wide variety of women's shirts, pants, jackets, shoes, hats, and accessories- some new with tags. LL Bean, Vera Bradley, Kate Spade, etc.
Electronics: iPod nano, Nintendo Wii console, DVDs, CDs, VHS, PS1 game, stereo systems, VHS players, receivers, multiple TVs, plenty of monitors, Ocean Breeze portable air conditioners, and more.
Furniture: rustic farmhouse table that was custom built and comes with 4 chairs, light up two piece Kincaid china cabinet, set of 3 bar stools, leather loveseat, recliner, expandable coffee table, Broyhill roll top desk, leather chair and ottoman, Queen beds, rocking chairs.
Tools: Husqvarna, Dewalt, Ridgid, and Milwaukee just to name a few. Air compressors, nails, paints, and a tool box. Plenty of hand tools and power tools for whatever fall/winter projects you have coming up.
The Sewing Studio: most homes have a space in the basement for their crafts... or part of an unused bedroom turned into a sewing area.... this estate has its own sewing studio. That's right, and entire studio full of sewing machines (industrial and home use), fabrics, crafting supplies, accessories and more. All the best brands like Bernina, Singer, Consew, and plenty more. There's even looms (tabletop AND floor) in case that's more your style.
Other/Misc: Samsung washer and dryer (gas), piano, Yankees and Mets memorabilia, board games, lawn mower, Pelican kayak, outdoor pond molds.
