ESTATE SALE IN PRE-WAR HOUSE IN BROOKLYN

I will be conducting a 2-day estate sale in a home in Brooklyn off Ocean Pkwy. This home has been in the family for three generations. 

Here's a list of what to expect to find in this home, although more has yet to be discovered:

Living Room/Dining Room: Oil paintings, antique slag glass and brass lamp/table combination, marble-top table, antique cabinet with contents (silver, bric-a-brac, china, etc.), art nouveau brass clock and vase, art glass sconce, oval metal picture frames, lamps, Yamaha Clavinova keyboard, crystal sconces, mini portraits, cream-color Damask sofa and matching club chair, coffee table, Victorian bridal basket, upholstered Victorian chairs, marble-top mahogany table, gold painted XL mantel mirror, silver plate tea/coffee service, teardrop chandelier, painted green server with contents, records, high back chair, courtly porcelain couple, Erte bronze, etc.

Sitting Room: Cabinet with contents (china, glass, etc.) vases, clothing, audio equipment, bench, chair, mirror, etc.

Kitchen: Wrought iron dinette set with matching accent tables, contents of cabinets and drawers (china sets, glassware, pots & pans, cutlery, etc.).

Basement: Bric-a-brac, assorted furniture (chairs, sofa, table, etc.), lamps, autoharp, Lafayette receiver, paintings, storage chest, music sheets, clothing (furs), etc.

Workshop: Hand and power tools, etc.

Boiler Room: Singer sewing machine, cookie jars, small appliances, crocks, etc.

Upstairs Hallway: French-style mirror, artwork, contents of closets.

Master Bedroom: Painted white five-piece bedroom set, XL three panel Chinese motif wall mirror, Chinese figural lamps, chandelier, Sharp TV, bench, artwork, clothing, etc.

Library: Books, bric-a-brac, vases, antique swords, lamps, a/c, assorted furniture (sofa, chair w/ ottoman, maple chest of drawers and desk, contemporary vanity, etc.)

Jewelry: Vintage fine jewely and costume jewelry.
