Don’s Mansion Sale – Part II

We have been entrusted with finding new homes for the estate contents of an incredible man and restaurateur who served New York City and Long Island for many years.

We have just received authorization to liquidate a significant additional collection of antiques and artwork, along with select household furnishings and restaurant-related items.

All items shown in the photographs are currently on site in Brookville (Except a few large statues, marble columns and antique dresser located in Farmingdale) and will remain there through the weekend. Afterward, items will be transported to our Farmingdale storage facility for continued sale and viewing.

For this weekend only, items may be viewed in Brookville by appointment only.

House guidelines are as follows:

• You must call or text with the specific item(s) you’re interested in.

• We will confirm availability and provide an approximate price.

• If the item is still available, we will schedule a viewing appointment.

• Appointments will be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, based on availability.

Cash only. No Zelle… No Venmo, they are not accepted for this sale. Payment must be made in cash.
