This is the home of an academic who is now downsizing, and he's leaving behind many wonderful pieces from his extensive collections. You may remember that we did a sale right next door a few weeks back. Mid-Century sofas, tea cart, coffee table, set of five chairs, teak consoles, dressers and chests. Fabulous art collection featuring signed abstracts, sculptures, lithographs and oils. A vast library includes local books, academia, opera and history.
