Bidder agrees to pay Live Shipping/ Live Auctioneer's Shipping price, plus PAC's handling fee of $20 USD. This shows as HANDLING & INSURANCE line on invoice. Shipping Label Cost is listed as SHIPPING line on invoice. Bidder agrees that the shipping invoice address is correct. If the address is not correct bidder must update this with Live Auctioneers per their policy for us as an Auction House, we can not do this for you. If the items are not picked up or paid within 30 days from the end of the auction. The bidder considers the item abandoned which will then be kept by the auction house. If the bidder contacts PAC to arrange a different time of pick up, this will be a case by case situation per the communications with the bidder and PAC. Items that are being auctioned are consigned to PAC auction house or owned by the auction house. Payment with Live Auctioneers is set to Standard Autopay: Any bidder payments that remain outstanding after 72 hours of invoicing will be charged automatically. We only accept Card payment via your LA invoice online. If you are picking up in person and paying exact cash, please let us know prior to autopay 72 hour rule, so we can remove you from the autopay. If Autopay is completed, this can not be reversed. SHIPPING NEW WITH LIVE AUCTIONEERS/ LIVE SHIPPING SYSTEM UPDATE AS OF 1/1/26- SHIPPING IS ALL DONE THROUGH LIVE SHIPPING WITH LIVE AUCTIONEERS. If the bidder
selects Live Auctioneer’s shipping method on their invoice to “Manage my own shipping?? this means PAC will pack and ship the item for the bidder. The bidder CANNOT request a different shipping courier to come to our auction house to collect the items, as PAC
does not have public hours. PAC will send the bidder TWO invoices if this is selected as a shipping method. First will be for the items you win at the conclusion of the auction, and the second will be for shipping at a later date with a revised invoice, when
items have been packed. If you are NOT local to us, we will assume you will need shipping. We do not price-gauge on shipping; it will be the cost of your shipping label (we partner with UPS and USPS for the best rates) plus a $15 supply/handling fee. That's
