First will be for the items you win at the conclusion of the auction, and the second will be for shipping at a later date with a revised invoice, when items have been packed. If you are NOT local to us, we will assume you will need shipping. We do not price-gauge on shipping; it will be the cost of your shipping label (we partner with UPS and USPS for the best rates) plus a $15 supply/handling fee.
