->Any item or lot remaining in our possession more than 45 days after the auction closes will be considered abandoned and disposed of without refund or compensation to the bidder by any means deemed appropriate by auction house personnel including but not limited to resale in any venue, destruction, donation, or simple discard. Any item or lot forfeited by the bidder verbally or in writing will be disposed of similarly without compensation or refund and without a 45 day waiting period.
We will do our best to describe each lot accurately and mention any defects or special features we notice but ultimately the bidder accepts responsibility for knowing what he/she is bidding on and its condition. Our descriptions are our opinion only. Absence of a description or Condition does not mean there are no imperfections.
Ownership of each Lot/Item transfers to the buyer upon winning the bid. We will handle each lot carefully to avoid damage until the shipper takes possession.
