We do not accept personal or business checks- we accept cash.
Sale starts promptly at 9 am.
Bring Help to Load Large Items.
All items are sold as is, where is, and are to be removed at the time of sale unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase.
Not Responsible for Accidents
If you arrive early you will not be able to enter the property until 9am - please don't ask.
No food or drink inside home. No large ��.
No one under 14 allowed. No animals allowed.
Please do not block driveways, or park on lawns.
This is a long driveway and you will need to park on the road.
