Pick-up will be Friday, June 10th between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm in Canastota, NY. Address for pick-up will be provided to the winning bidders. *Pre-payment via PayPal is expected by NOON on Wednesday, June 8th.
Please -- fully read our terms and conditions before you bid and be mindful of close dates, payment due dates, and pick-up dates (set reminders on your smart phone!!).
If you are an "out of town" bidder, please contact us prior to bidding to find out our policy with regards to UPS shipping of your item.
Please make sure you read our terms and conditions before you bid. All items are "as is and where is". You will be responsible for removing items from the house, we cannot assist you. Items may be on multiple floors of the home.
