No public bathrooms available - please go before you come!
No pets allowed - service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Sorry, no comfort animals allowed.
There is a dog on site. Dog will be in its cage during sale hours.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES! There is a shallow Koi pond in front of house, please avoid.
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS! No refunds for items not picked up.
Park where directed. Do not block neighbor’s mailboxes, driveways or walkways to homes.
