The sale will be held in both the house and the barn.
• All sales are in person and final; nothing will be sold before the sale. Please do not call, text, or email about any items before the sale.
• We have no control over items advertised in the sale that are then reclaimed by the client before the sale. We do our best to keep the photos as up to date as possible.
• Cash & Venmo only, no checks will be accepted.
• When shopping during our sales, you enter the property, shop, and park at your own risk.
• Please bring help and a vehicle to load large items. Some large items may need to be disassembled for transport.
• If bringing your own bags or boxes, you will be asked to empty them completely at the time of checkout.
• Our sales happen rain or shine!

Downsizing sale at a private residence!
Included in the sale are a lovely dining set, a jewelry cabinet, glass-front bookcases, a secretary desk, a unique dressing cabinet with jewelry storage, small occasional tables, stained-glass lamps, and an Eastlake-style marble-top table. We will also be selling knitting tools and yarn, home decor, kitchen tools and small appliances, jewelry, fairy figurines, books, children's toys, tools, and art supplies.
The sale will be held only in the garage and dining room of the home, as people live there. Please do not wander around the house. If an area is marked "do not enter," please be respectful and do not enter that space.
