All dealers must fill out NYS Tax form(current) for our files. If not you will pay the tax. Forms will be available when you sign up in am or while in line to cash out. Thanks!

Retrospect has a great estate to start the year off right! If you’re interested in Mission style furniture, abstract & cultural art, sterling flatware, pottery, outdoor items, and so much more, then this is the sale for you! 
*Please check back as we will be adding lots of pictures!! 

This estate can not be seen from the road. The driveway is narrow and long. Parking down by the house is limited. Therefore we will have parking attendants to direct traffic flow. You may park on the road and walk down if you choose. Car pooling is encouraged. Please be respectful of the neighbors lawns when parking. We will have a designated pickup area for purchases.

Sign-up on Friday only at 7:30am will be at the top of the driveway!!
