Colonie Estate Sale

This sale is strictly a cash sale. Bags/packing materials will not be provided. Bags used while shopping will be checked at the door. Masks are optional. Bring sufficient help if purchasing furniture or any other items that require lifting to ensure there is no damage to the house. Buyer will be responsible for removal, loading, transporting and any damages to the house during removal. Items are not to be dragged along the floor. No children or animals. No shoes that could damage the hardwood floors. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. All items are sold as is.
