4. Due to the extreme cold the picking area is icy! Walking/Picking outside can be hazardous, especially with ice and snow covering uneven ground. Use caution, the outdoor areas are available "at your own risk"

1. All big purchases need to be removed by the end of each day (Buyers responsibility, girls shouldn't be asked to help).

2. This is being held at a business, sales tax MUST be added to the final cost of EVERY purchase .

3. Due to the cold temperatures We cannot stress enough that we need people to be careful when walking/picking outside. It could be icy and the snow could be covering uneven walking areas. If you pick outside it will be at your own risk.

Get ready for lots of amazing finds at a HUGE Business Liquidation Sale located in Colonie, NY.

The store area: lots of country shabby chic furniture, store displays, counters, bakery display cases (1 is refrigerated), the candelabra light fixtures are plugged into the ceiling (NOT hardwired, they are for sale), lots of canning jars, full and half sheet baking pans, industrial fudge maker, receipt paper, tools, very heavy welding machine, industrial ice maker, a HUGE HEAVY antique safe (ask if interested, it's in a closed-off room), many dining tables with chairs, whiskey and wine barrels, glass candy jars with lids, cases of takeout food containers and coffee cups, 12 tables full of "small" items, etc...

Parking lot/Front door area: Wooden swing, bench, clay/ceramic planters, shepherds hooks (in the frozen ground), signage, etc...

Pickers DREAM area too the left of the store going around to the back: Items brought down from the attic were piled outside near some of the sheds (we saw boxes containing brand new plumbing, electrical, hvac items, plus LOTS of other items). In and Around the sheds there are display racks, plastic and metal wagons, tools, power equipment, etc. *We cannot stress enough that we need people to be careful when walking around outside. It could be icy and the snow could be covering uneven walking areas. If you pick outside it will be at your own risk*
