The sale will be held in both the house and the barn.
• All sales are in person and final; nothing will be sold before the sale. Please do not call, text, or email about any items before the sale.
• We have no control over items advertised in the sale that are then reclaimed by the client before the sale. We do our best to keep the photos as up to date as possible.
• Cash only, there is limited cell service & no internet at this property.
A sign up sheet will be posted at 3pm on the prior day.
• When shopping during our sales, you enter the property, shop, and park at your own risk.
• Please bring help and a vehicle to load large items. Some large items may need to be disassembled for transport.
• If bringing your own bags or boxes, you will be asked to empty them completely at the time of checkout.
• Our sales happen rain or shine!

Description & Details
Estate sale in a barn. The sale contains the entire contents of a woodworking shop, Delta power tools, hand tools (planers, drills, chisels, drill bits), cut & planed wood (oak, white oak, cherry, ash, walnut & pine). If purchasing power tools or wood, please bring assistance & a vehicle to move them.
Additionally we are selling the contents of the house & nyc apartment, which was shipped upstate. Furniture, books, movies, cds, art, posters, rugs, decor, hand made ceramic dishes.
