TERMS: All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. We do not accept returns, credits or exchanges. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of description. SJD Auctions will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations. The absence of these descriptions / conditions do not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items SJD Auctions sells are vintage, antique or used. Please expect signs of wear consistent with age / use.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: 20% for credit cards, 18% for cash or check.

PAYMENT: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file. Any other forms of payment must be approved by SJD Auctions. If you are a dealer, please upload your tax exempt certificate upon registration. If you do not have a valid tax id on file you will be charged tax.

PICKUP: Ideally, we would prefer winning bidders to pick up within 48 hours post auction - see pickup schedule. Please call for an appointment if you are not able to retrieve your items within the first 48 hours. The maximum allotted pickup window will be 7 days post auction. Any items left on premises past the 7 day window will automatically be forfeited by the winning bidder, along with your payment, and become the property of SJD Auctions.

Winning Bidders must bring help, if required, for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials/ moving blankets for smaller items. We are not responsible for accidents due to buyers failing to bring appropriate assistance or materials. We will provide what we can if available, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide packing materials.

SHIPPING: If shipping is requested, small items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box (small, medium or large) when possible. If an item will not fit into a flat rate box, we will contact you with the actual shipping cost. We will send a confirmation email to your e-mail address on file with tracking info and your total shipping cost. Please confirm your Auction Ninja address on file is correct as we will ONLY be shipping to the shipping address on your account. Any additional cost incurred because of an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will bill your Auction Ninja card on file through Stripe, or you can pay directly through PayPal - if you choose the PayPal option, we will email you the PayPal address. We will assess a $15.00 handling fee per package to cover materials used plus the flat rate or other shipping amount.
