This sale is strictly a cash or check sale. Bring your own bags (all bags are subjected to search upon exiting) Mask are optional. Flashlights might be needed in some areas. Bring sufficient help if purchasing furniture or any other items that require lifting. Loading and moving large items are the responsibility of the buyer and all items purchased must be picked up by noon time on the last day of sale. Children MUST be supervised. Although we love our furry friends, we must respect the owner's premises, so no pets are allowed (even if you carry them). We do not hold items prior to the sale for perspective buyers!!!!! There is no bathroom accessibility!! There is a sign up sheet provided for those early birds and it is placed outside the day before the sale!!!
