The following Safety Protocol will be in place for all of our sales as mandated by Local, State & Federal Government Guidelines. Entrance to the sale is conditional upon EVERYONE adhering to these following rules:

Mandatory no-touch temperature screening at entrance

Mandatory Face Covering on the property and in the house at ALL TIMES

Clean NEW gloves optional, but encouraged, and provided by our company upon entrance

Mandatory 6 ft social distancing inside the premises and in the garage

You are encouraged to use hand sanitizer provided at entrance and throughout the premises

Mandatory 6 ft from checkout shield during checkout process.

Maximum of 5 people per 1000 sq ft of home

PLEASE NOTE: Effective immediately and going forward, we will NO LONGER HONOR sign up sheets. We will post OUR OWN sign up sheet on the front door of each sale at 8:00am on the morning of the sale. If you put up a sign up sheet, it will be removed. Thank you in advance.
