RESALE CERTIFICATES (resellers please read carefully)
As a business operating in New York we have the right to choose whether or not to honor dealer resale certificates. Retailers must email their ST-120 certificates ahead of time to info@dixanddoherty.com in order for us to process your tax exempt form and add your information to our computer system. If you do not email us with your tax exempt form ahead of time we cannot take tax off of your transaction, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
