This little home has been standing for many years and will now be torn down top build a safer home in its place.  So based on this information......we have sooooo many items we can sell including all the appliances.

Furniture, Appliances, Art, Clothing, Lamps, Home Decor, Kitchen Items, Holiday Decor, Beds, Linens - and everything you see in the photos is part of the sale.

Please do not ask if there is jewelry, pokemon, games, etc....As you can see by the photos we have gone through so much of the house, but the basement is definitely going to be a hunt and peck type of sale.  Be ready with your flashlights and bring shopping bags and wrap paper for any goodies you might find.  

We have NOT put any prices on any items as this is a clearance type of sale.......WE will have asking prices and we hope that you as shoppers honor the fact that we need to sell items for the best price and based on our 15 years experience in the business....we do know how much items are worth and selling for.
