Cash preferred. Other forms of payment may be accepted at the seller’s discretion.
No holds unless approved by staff.
Prices are firm unless otherwise marked. Discounts, if offered, are at the seller’s discretion.
Buyers are responsible for loading, securing, and transporting their purchases. Please bring adequate help for large or heavy items.
All purchased items must be removed on the day of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made.
The seller is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur on the property. Enter the premises at your own risk.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Please be respectful of the property, neighboring homes, and other shoppers.
Bags, boxes, strollers, and large personal items may be subject to inspection upon exit.
The seller reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
