Pickers Paradise hidden treasures WHOLE house contents

This house is packed with two lifetimes of collecting!  Two full floors - first floor and full basement plus back yard - Largest collection of Candlesticks, candelabra and lighting fixtures!  First floor has lots of small antiques - tables, lamps, decoys, collectable breakables, copper pots, pewter tankards, barware, kitchenware, multiple sets of flatware, multiple sets of fine china, decor items with  Cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, birds, mounted Deer heads, owls, wrought iron decorative items, vintage chairs, vintage men's clothing, lots of original artwork - mostly all American, beautiful collection of ornate silverplate serving items, dining room table sets, several armoires, several sets of complete bedroom furniture sets,  Glendale Pallas stove, Staffordshire, Blue Willow, Chinese export,  Asian Art & Antiques, American Art, Bob Timberlake armoire,  Bronzes,  Sconces,  Mirrors, Fireplace decor, Wicker, Silver, Furniture, Linens, Books, old records - mostly swing, classical, broadway and jazz. Outdoor garden decor.   Note for any attached lighting fixtures  or item - make arrangements to pay for the item and within the week we will have it removed from the wiring and we will meet following weekend June 5th & 6th when sale continues (yes it's 2 weekends that's how packed it is).

BASEMENT has been lightly sorted to help with traffic flow - The Basement is truly a picker's paradise - filled with tools, plumber's tools and equipment, all sorts of items - please be prepared - it is pretty well lit but quite dusty - please bring your own boxes or plastic crates to make your bundles - entrance and exit through the bilco doors on side of garage.  

This is a 'let's empty the house!' sale.   All reasonable offers will be considered and offers taken on the more desirable items.

RULES of ENGAGEMENT! PLEASE READ! We are following the NYS Dept of Health guidelines - EVERYONE  who is NOT vaccinated should continue to wear a mask - and wear it Properly!  Covering nose and mouth!  If you are fully vaccinated you can use your own discretion.   Due to the quantity of contents and limited space we will have to limit the number of people in both the house and basement so please be kind.  We will utilize a number system on the first day.  

We will have hand sanitizer available but please bring your own and your own bags as well! 

FREE on street parking but please be mindful the road is narrow - don't block driveways. Limited parking on the front lawn and we are keeping the driveway open for pick ups.
