Custom built 1931 English Tudor designed for Norman and Ellen Lent Sr. who was the local Justice of The Peace. The original dining room set built for the house is hand carved in exceptional very fine condition. Their son Norman Lent Jr. went on to be a State Senator and a moderate Congressman that served 11 terms in office. The current owner a well know New York City landscape architect who purchased it in 1960 decided to keep the original set to match the English tudor style and keep the house authentic.
