The Following are the terms of sale for bidding in our Online Auction.

Please do not bid in this auction if you do not agree to all terms listed below, Your submission of bids in this auction constitutes your acceptance of these "Terms of Sales".

1. All Items in this auction have been legally acquired, are legal to sell and guaranteed to be as described and photographed.

2. All Items to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE. Buyers may rely on their knowledge when purchasing merchandise. No guarantees are made as to condition, period ,size, count, weight, style, authenticity, materials of manufacturer, copyright or reproductions of all the items to be sold.

3. The purchase price payable shall be the final bid plus New York sales tax rate of 8.875% unless valid resale certificate is presented, A resale tax form must be completed in full prior to time of payment.

4. The highest bidder acknowledged shall be the purchaser. if any dispute arises between bidders, the auctioneer has final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reoffer the lot in dispute.

5. No merchandise will be released, shipped or delivered until full payment has been made. we accept the following form payments, personal check, money order, credit card, PayPal or bank wire transfer. at our discretion we may hold the merchandise until all payments clears.

6. SHIPPING: Winning bidder are responsible for all cost to ship or deliver there merchandise, shipping is not included in the price of your auction items. We also offer an in house shipping charge for all items listed. Please read the description of how much is the suggested shipping cost for the items, multiple items will be quoted with a combine shipping discount. or you may call or contact your outside shipping company. No lot will be taken from our auction house until checked out by auction staff and no claims be allowed after goods are removed from our premises.
