I put up a lot of photos and most were taking outside in sunshine as I feel taking them outside w/ light raking across them is the best way to view condition. All items are antique and statements of condition does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear, blemishes, imperfections or any damage. It is the bidders responsibility to review condition from the photos or in person preview.

Bidding

All bidding will take place through the Liveauctioneers platform although on some lots arrangements can be made to bid on your behalf as an absentee bidder or to execute phone bids(phone lines are limited so please get approved early). Bidders are encouraged to put bids in early to insure successful bids as internet connections can vary. Liveauctioneers DOES NOT allow me to see bidders high absentee left bids so your high bid remains confident.



Shipping and Local Pickup

The good news for local pick up of items is that since the auction is in a rural area I will offer free storage for up to a year with payment. As stated in item description I will offer some fixed in house shipping through USPS. If no fixed shipping is stated in item description then items can be either picked up or will be shipped through UPS Store in Lake Placid, NY at buyers responsibility and cost. There will be no pick up fee from this UPS Store as I can drop off items for free. I have done business with this UPS Store for over 20 years and they will offer a 10 percent discount off their standard shipping costs. If I have fixed shipping costs listed on an item and it costs way less for me to ship I will rebate some back.

I will also help with finding freight or local deliver if needed.
