Pickup
Pickup will be from 10a-12p on 2/4/25 in Fishkill, NY. Exact address to be provided to winners upon close of sale.
1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense. Please note that shipping can be costly and cost of shipping may exceed price of item. We use Shipping Saint to manage the shipping process. You will receive a text and/or email requesting you to choose pickup or shipping. Choosing shipping will notify us that you want your items shipped. If you decide to pick up your items after choosing shipping, you must email rrittersnow@caringtransitions.com. Caring Transitions will not be held liable if the contact information on file with CTBids is not accurate.
2. Items will be shipped by the lowest cost carrier. If you have a shipping speed and carrier of preference, email rrittersnow@caringtransitions.com with your preference. We are not able to ship using your account number at this time.
3. After your sale invoice is paid, you will receive a separate invoice from Shipping Saint for shipping and handling charges after the in person pickup date. Items will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid. Packages will automatically be insured to the purchase price of your items.
4.Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.
5. Not all Lots can be shipped. Items marked as Pick up only may be shippable through a third-party. The buyer will be responsible for coordinating the shipping on those items, and items must be removed on the pickup date. Please email rrittersnow@caringtransitions.com if you plan to have a third party pick up for you after you have chosen your pick up time.
6.Failure to pay your shipping invoice within 7 days will result in your item(s) being forfeited and disposed of by the method that Caring Transitions deems appropriate. Your bidding privileges will be suspended until handling fees are paid.
Payment Details
Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
To view your receipt, Login to your CTBids Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for before pick-up.
